Our offerings of Meyer Lemon and Blood Orange Gourmet Olive Oils
from “O” Olive Oil of San Rafael, California, represent
what we believe to be the finest tasting flavored olive oils you
can get … period. They are elegant tasting, and are presented
in slim, smoked glass bottles.
In
1995 “O” Olive (featured in Ophrah's O magazine) introduced
the first citrus olive oils made from crushing organic Meyer lemons
and blood oranges, along with hand picked family farmed California
olives, on a stone press. Complementing these oils are two exquisite
vinegars: a citrus champagne vinegar which is sparkling, crisp,
light, and dry with a twist of lemon, aged in California oak;
the other is a balsamic vinegar, aged 10 years in oak, chestnut,
mulberry, juniper, and cherry woods, which is rich and sweet with
intense flavor.
