Shipping Details

Shipping & Handling Rates
We use professional packing materials and techniques to protect the items we ship. All merchandise is packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and delivered securely right to your door.

Please note that all orders valued under $50.00 are subject to a basic $10.00 shipping & handling fee, which includes UPS Ground delivery. This fee is in addition to any shipping upgrade items you may choose to purchase.
Example: If you bought a $40.00 product and a $16.00 2-day UPS upgrade, your grand total would be $56.00 plus $10.00: $66.00 (plus tax for CA residents).

The following shipping options are available, and upgrades MUST be manually added to your shopping cart:

International Shipping
For delivery outside the USA, you are required to manually add the appropriate international shipping cost to your order. This service is offered at below cost to you. All packages are shipped via USPS for prompt, reliable overseas delivery, usually with 7-10 days. Please contact us with any special requirements or requests.

Shipping Claims
We ship exclusively through recognized parcel carriers. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.
